Study On The Sustainable Development Of Leading Agricultural Enterprises

Agriculture industrialization is an important supporting to change the agricultural development way and to construct modern agriculture, the leading agriculture enterprise is basic power and important symbol of modern agricultural development. On the basis of data from questionnaire survey of105leading agriculture enterprises in Poyang lake Eco-economic zone(PLEEZ). This paper analyzed the situation of the leading agriculture enterprises and its ability of operation, radiation and competition, as well as existing problems, It aims to put forward some, suggestions to develop the leading agricultural enterprises so as to promote the agricultural and rural economic development in PLEEZ.Based on the above research,"the leading agricultural enterprises and sustainable development "as the subject, by Nanchang city, Xinyu city near Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone in the seven counties of the105leading enterprises in the field questionnaire,enterprise development of SWOT analysis, To obtain first-hand sensory materials, and the use of statistical analysis, an overview of the leading agricultural enterprises, base construction, production and operation status, financing, and enjoy the preferential status of the five aspects of the socio-economic state of the environment were analyzed and the results are summarized.Through the overall analysis, we find out that the scale and volume of LEAI in PLEEZ is becoming larger and larger, whose ability is gradually improving, but there are still some difficulties and weakness need to be overcome. So this paper also brings forward some suggestions to support the sustainable development of leading agriculture enterprises.
