| With the continuous development of the socio-economic, specialized farmers cooperatives has become the only way of development of agricultural industrialization. With the implement "the farmers Industry of the People’s Republic of China Co-operative Societies Act in July1,2007, this marks a specialized farmer cooperatives are increasingly subject to national attention, because the farmers’professional cooperative organization is an innovative system. Jilin Province is one of the major agricultural provinces in China; specialized farmers cooperatives to solve the "three agricultural issues" of great help, because the "three agricultural issues" among the most important problem is the issue of farmers, farmers are most concerned about farm produce income. Farmers engaged in agricultural production process, farmers’specialized cooperative organizations to reduce the transaction costs of agricultural products, reducing the uncertainty of the market competition and economies of scale gains to increase farmers’income. However, with the farmers’ professional cooperatives progressive development of specialized farmer cooperatives faced problems surfaced, the problems of farmers’professional cooperatives seriously affect the farmers engaged in agricultural production and income. In this paper, Jilin Province, farmers participate in farmers’professional cooperatives willingness influencing factors, to promote the rapid development of agricultural industrialization in Jilin Province, a lot of practical guiding significance for the maintenance of the sustainable development of specialized farmers’cooperatives.This paper based on farmers in LiShu county field survey, feedback sample285, analysis of the impact of Jilin Province, farmers participate in specialized farmers cooperatives. Which uses the SPSS16.0Software, Logistic model analysis of the main factors of farmers participates in farmer specialized cooperative.This paper is mainly divided into five chapters, main contents and conclusions are as follows:Chapter Ⅰ is the Introduction, introduces the research background and significance, theoretical basis, the concept definition, research methods and technology roadmap and research purposes, and innovation, and the elaboration of the system at home and abroad on the development of specialized farmer cooperatives.Chapter Ⅱ describes specialized farmers cooperatives profiles in Jilin Province, from the analysis of specialized farmers cooperatives course of development in Jilin Province, find the existing statistics and results, and analysis of the development status and trends of Jilin Province, specialized farmers cooperatives to explore the Peasant professional problems in the cooperative development process. The small scale of most of the farmers’professional cooperatives, the overall low level of development; the degree of organization is not standardized, the internal mechanism is not perfect; small industries, low-level operations; lack of impetus to the development of specialized farmer cooperatives; farmers specialized cooperative legal status is unclear.Chapter Ⅲ Farmers participate in specialized farmers cooperatives Factors Affecting Willingness to of the questionnaire for descriptive statistical analysis from a valid sample of the questionnaire shows that farmers own characteristics, the recognition of the external environment, farmers organizations for agricultural services and farmers in the production process the problems faced by the main factors that affect farmers participate in specialized farmers cooperatives wishes.Chapter Ⅳ build influence farmers to participate in specialized farmers cooperatives wishes factors assume that the model using field survey data, the use of the Logistic model, farmers participate in farmers’ professional cooperatives factor analysis, analysis of the role of the influencing factors direction and degree of influence. Analysis showed that age, years of education, land acreage, the Government to support the understanding of understanding of cooperatives, local agricultural sector, price volatility, funding issues, technical issues, and other factors on farmers’participation in farmers’professional will have a very important impact, in which farmers age agricultural sector services and specialized farmer cooperatives willingness was negatively correlated. Other factors and professional cooperatives wish of farmers to participate in farmers’of a positive correlation.Chapter V of this paper is conclusion and recommendations. Based on summarizes of the basic principles and policy recommendations of the specialized farmers cooperatives to provide a reference for the participation in decision-making of farmers specialized cooperative subject and the relevant government departments in Jilin Province. |
