With the rapid development of tourism and the improvement of people’s livingstandards, the tourism industry can bring the entire national economy development.More and more provinces and cities let tourism as the region’s new economic growthpoint and pillar industries, which accelerated the development of regional tourism.The same time, along with the rapid development of tourism, various regions oftourism competition becomes increasingly fierce, which resulted in some areasblindly develop tourism resources and viciously compete tourist market, and which isnot conducive to long-term development of tourism.As a tourism resources of the province, along with the Inner Mongolia to developtourism at the same time, how to avoid blind development of tourism resources, howto take full advantage of its advantages in resources, how to optimize the allocation ofvarious resources, and how to coordinate the development of various regions of thetourism industry, how to ultimately enhance the Inner Mongolia regional tourismcompetitiveness, this is a problem which is worth exploring.The purpose of this paper is to enhance the whole of the Inner Mongolia regionaltourism competitiveness, to create Inner Mongolia as the western tourism leader, withthe method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, to analysisInner Mongolia tourism competitiveness. Qualitative method using the SWOTanalysis, use the method make a comprehensive, systemic analysis for Inner Mongoliatourism to the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, and Quantitativeanalysis method mainly by factor analysis and cluster analysis, construct the tourismcompetitiveness evaluation model and analysis the strength of the tourismcompetitiveness of Inner Mongolia, including peripheral city and Inner Mongoliaeach union city, and find out the advantages and limitations, and finally enhance theoverall tourism competitiveness of Inner Mongolia.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is introduction section. First, expounds the background andsignificance of thesis; second, introduce the research method and the basic idea andresearch content of this paper; and finally refer to the innovation points anddeficiencies of this paper.The second chapter is to explain the development situation of Inner Mongoliatourism. In this chapter, Inner Mongolia tourism development course, Inner Mongoliatourism distribution characteristics and structure characteristics, and Inner Mongoliatourism development present situation are illustrated.The third chapter is to qualitatively analysis the tourism competitiveness of InnerMongolia. By using the SWOT analysis method, the paper analyzes Inner Mongolia’sstrengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the tourism. Finally, through thequalitative comparison analysis, find the strength of the tourism competitiveness ofInner Mongolia.The fourth chapter is the competitiveness comparative analysis of InnerMongolia tourism. First of all, construct evaluation index system of the Inner Mongolia development level of tourism; second, through the evaluation index system,using the factor analysis and cluster analysis, analysis and evaluate tourismcompetitiveness of Inner Mongolia, including peripheral city tourism competitivenessand Inner Mongolia twelve cities.The fifth chapter is put forward to the development Countermeasure, which willimprove the competitiveness of Inner Mongolia tourism. Based on the analysis of theabove results, put forward some suggestions to improve tourism competitiveness ofInner Mongolia. |
