With the development of knowledge-based economy, as new resource, knowledgehas increasingly become a key to the success of individuals and organizations.Employees are facing two major knowledge issues. Firstly, knowledge is so large. They don’t know where to start of acquisition, application and accumulatingknowledge. Secondly, they have relative lack of useful knowledge and need theknowledge of organization and external environment. Enterprises need the effectivemanagement of knowledge; they should respectively adopt a different strategy on thebasis of the classification of the enterprise knowledge. In this paper, as the equipmentmanufacturing industry for example, we suggest a set of knowledge classificationsystem. Due to the particularity of the tacit knowledge, it is difficult to formalize anddifficult to express the characteristics of an increase of its digital processing difficulty. At the same time, the traditional document-centric knowledge-based systems can notexpress a large number of complex knowledge, but can not be completed tacitknowledge sharing and reuse. The author focused on tacit knowledge, ontology, tacitknowledge conversion model, user model, semantic search. We adopt ontologytechnology as a tool of researching convert of tacit and propose the user-central modelto convert tacit knowledge, which can find descriptions, reuse and manage some ofthe tacit knowledge of the user. It is user-centric, fully considers the individual needsof users. It can solve the user’ part of tacit knowledge and ontology-based intelligentretrieval and personalized service of pushing knowledge Current research on themanagement of tacit knowledge is just focused on one aspect.Based on the analysisof the tacit knowledge management research, this paper designs a morecomprehensive management system of tacit knowledge, in order to facilitate tacitknowledge exchange, improve the utilization of tacit knowledge and strengthen thesharing of tacit knowledge.
