As far as we know, today is a knowledge day. More and more people have already known the importance of knowledge. They want to master more knowledge so that they can have more predominance in future competition. Generally speaking, in terms of property whether knowledge can be expressed by language and effective transferred, people can divide knowledge into two types: Tacit Knowledge and Explicit Knowledge. However, knowledge communities provide a mechanism that can transfer tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge, which is accepted by more enterprises and researchers.In this condition, if employees can be synthetically estimated by knowledge communities, we can make it possible that administrators of enterprise can know their employees better and employees can try their best to server for this enterprise. For this reason, the author introduces user profile to knowledge communities and improves it according to active demand.
