At present the competition among enterprises is very intense. In order to improve theproduct quality, the efficiency of management and market competitiveness, the employment ofan effective quality management system in modern business administration is an important wayfor realizing sustainable development of the enterprise. From the view of the present stage,although some enterprises have already passed the quality management system certification andestablished a management system, but the system did not correlate with characteristics of theenterprise. Besides, lack of executive ability led to insufficient effectiveness of the qualitymanagement system. Thus the effectiveness of the quality management system did not improveas a result of these problems. Therefore, studies on factors affecting efficiency of the qualitymanagement system are of great practical significance.By analysis of the related literatures, and combined with operation results of the qualitymanagement system of yangxin lonfu company, the quality management system were studied indetail. The study had an instructional significance on the effectiveness of the qualitymanagement system. Besides, the4R theory and influences of the motivation methods were alsoanalyzed in detail. Through the research and analysis, the paper has the following conclusions:1.Quality management system had the characteristics of conformity, uniqueness, systematic.Therefore, dependent on the reality of the enterprise, adjustment and improvement of the systemis required during the specific application process.2.With the progress of the times, the development of science and technology, and wideapplication of network tools, the company should adopt modern network technology andadvanced management methods, advancing with the times, update ideas, continuously putforward more effective method, and intensify efforts on implementation and motivation, tofundamentally guarantee better operation of the quality management system.3.4R theory and motivation factors are the "important20%" influencing the operation of thequality management system. The overall effectiveness will be greatly promoted by improving theefficiency of the two key factors, 4.Everything has its two sides, so does the execution of4R and the method of motivation.Single strengthen on either is not enough to effectively improve the efficiency of qualitymanagement. Only by combination of the two factors, complementary advantages can beobtained and the quality management system will play the best efficiency.
