Chen Thai Product Quality Management Studies

Quality is the life of Enterprise. With the development of knowledge economy and management innovation, customer has a more and more high requirement on product quality. How to improve product quality and how to make full satisfication of customer is more and more important. It determines the survival and development of the enterprise. To realize this target, enterprise should establish and implement a effective quality management system to improve the quality of the product.This article focuses on the process quality of R&D, manufacturing for CT-1000 Mini-Automatic Teller Machine. It analyze the problem in R&D and manufacturing process of ChenTai Company with ISO9000 standard and related theory, summarize the root cause for ChenTai's quality problem, provide a method to improve the quality. Finally an integrated quality system with related quality tool and ISO9000 standard is presented. It will improve the company's quality management system and finally escalate the company's quality management level.
