The Risk Evaluation And Strategy Research Of The Cooperation Between Third-part Logistics And Manufacturer

With the development of modern logistics in China, as the development of the third-party logistics enterprise’s operation capabilities, manufacturers are increasingly inclined to outsource logistics to the third logistics companies, and concentrate on the development of the core product and business by its own premium resources. In this cooperation, not only manufacturer need to face the disclosure of corporate secrets, breach of contract by third-party logistics enterprises and offered customer complaints and risks, when third-party logistics enterprises execute the contract, it also needs to face the same defaults risk by manufacturer, take business risks.And because of the predominant position of the manufacturer, the third-part logistics enterprises may face more risks and disadvantages than manufacturers.In this paper, we manage to control the cooperation risks for the third-part logistics enterprises by combining the characteristics of the third-party logistics enterprises and manufacturers, First through third-party logistics enterprises and manufacturer cooperation status quo, we elaborate the risk of cooperation from four prospective:the internal environment, external environment, relation management and information sharing, these are the sources of further eight influential factors affecting the risk of third-party logistics enterprise. There are three control steps to control the theoretical risk for third-party logistics and production.Through the establishment of the cooperation risk assessment system, which is based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, establishment of fuzzy consistent matrix and calculate various indicators of weight, the design of qualitative indicators the quantitative conversion method and gives the formula of most indicators.Next, according to the established evaluation index system, the Abbott project between COSCO&sea logistics company and Abbott is being valued.Membership evaluation by the the simulation expert evaluation team on the level of risk of the various secondary indicators, and an indicator of the risk in the calculation of the Grade of Membership, finally calculate the total indicator Grade of Membership cooperation risk of third-party logistics enterprises and production-oriented enterprises. Evaluation index system of calculation is based on the principle of maximum membership drawn Abbott project risk membership level is the lowest level, but the risk of a higher level of risk membership, indicating the possibility of increased risk.The end of this article is to give some advices based on the above analysis, in order to control the risks of Abbott project. there are four different kinds of advices are being promoted:the establishment of a cooperative trust mechanism, the development of the logistics insurance business and improvement of the recommendations of the three years of corporate decision-making mechanism.
