A Research Of Risk Evaluation In Crowdfunding Based On LDA Model And FAHP Method

As a new type of Internet financial model,crowdfunding has been rapid developed from the birth to the present in the past few years.Crowdfunding is a new financial type which is promoted by Popularization of Internet applications,reform in the real economy and Innovation in financial services.At the beginning of development,there are many shortcomings and drawbacks.It is through the Internet media to raise funds to raise public participation,expand investor investment channels,at the same time,for the financing side to open up new financing channels,reducing the financing costs of start-up enterprises.Crowdfunding has two sides like other new things.In the early stages of development,due to the lack of regulatory and legal systems,lack of investor risk awareness and many other reasons,made many of the various platforms are facing with serious risks from all aspects.On the basis of summarizing the current situation of the development of crowdfunding,this thesis explores the current situation of the research on the risk of crowdfunding,and finds out that although the current discussion of the risks in the various sectors of crowdfunding is very enthusiastic,but most of them are theoretical discussions,the implementation of specific data on the empirical study is rare.Even if there is empirical research,it is also a simplification for a particular model or a single aspect of crowdfunding.For crowdfunding,the risk of their existence may come from the three aspects of its participation,may be also in the various stages.Therefore,this thesis will take crowdfunding as an integrate to do the research,through the CNKI to select the "crowdfunding" as the keyword of the relevant literature as based data,these data will be analyzed by LDA model and to obtain important keywords in the field of the risk of crowdfunding.The results will be the Indicator factors for Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to build the Risk Evaluation Model.The fuzzy judgment matrix simplifies greatly the complexity of judging the importance of the target,and also realizes the transformation from qualitative to quantitative,to determine the weight of each risk factor and formulate the risk assessment index system.The results of empirical research show that the crowdfunding is overall in a high-risk state.Among the risk factors that influence the crowdfunding,the lack of legal system is particularly prominent.This thesis constructs the framework of risk management from the perspective of five first-level indicators,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and solutions.At last it summarizes the shortcomings and prospects of this research.
