Based On The Satisfaction Degree Of Tourists Of Confucius Temple Beside Qinhuai Sight Tourism Development Research

The21st century is the era of rapid economic development as well as the tourism. Taleb Rifai, Secretary-General of the United Nations World Tourism Organization, said that the first10years of the20century is the most prosperous decade for the development of international tourism. During the next decade, although challenges remain, I believe that tourism will become a major pull factor behind world economy. With the continuous improvement of people’s living standard, the demand of tourism has changed from the sightseeing tour initially to some tours that can enjoy our mental and physical. Under an increasingly competitive tourism market condition, the only way to attract more tourists to capture greater market share is to develop tourism products which could make customer satisfied. As a result, visitor satisfaction has become a hot research topic in recent years. Tourist satisfaction is the degree of the image of tourist attractions, landscape, tourism facilities, tourism services and other elements in the process of tourism activities to meet customer demand. Visitor satisfaction is an important metrics to measure the comprehensive competitiveness of the tourist destinations or tourist attractions.The Qinhuai River which is called the Mother River of Nanjing, had gave birth to the ancient culture of Jinling. Qinhuai River is the largest regional river in Nanjing,"Shiliqinhuai Natural Scenery is the center for Nanjing citizens to take leisure activities, the famous tourists destinations for business travelers and the represented words of Nanjing that has set ancient buildings, temples, school, Celebrities and folks for one. This paper selects the Confucius Temple Qinhuai River Scenic Belt as the object to study which remains a practical guiding significance. This study could be mainly divided into the following sections:Part Ⅰ:The author has described the background and significance of this article, figured out the methods and ideas of the thesis, summed up the contents of the paper, and expounded the research progress at home and abroad on tourist satisfaction.Part Ⅱ:On the basis of extensive literature review, the author has summarized the theoretical basis and the research methods. Some other relevant information about tourist satisfaction has been considered from concept, influencing factors, and models. At the same time, the data analysis methods has been summarized which provides a theoretical basis for the data analysis below. Part Ⅲ:On the basis of the first and second part, the author has created a tourist satisfaction evaluation model and system.Part IV:Taking Confucius Temple Qinhuai River scenery as an example, the author has calculated the tourist satisfaction in this area. The progress can be divided into three steps:firstly, questionnaire design, secondly, questionnaires distribution, finally, data analysis. The author has used SPSS18.0statistical software to analysis the data including reliability analysis of the evaluation and factor analysis of the evaluation, and then calculated the results of the analysis based on fuzzy mathematical method to get the tourist satisfaction values of Confucius Temple Qinhuai River scenery. At last, the author used IPA analysis method on tourist satisfaction analysis which can identify the problems of the scenery during development.Part V:The author has given concrete measures on the basis of the summarizes from fourth section.Part VI:Conclusions and Prospects.
