With the economy development, absebce of CSR affects the development of enterprise and constraints the sustainable development of society. The value evaluation criterion of business is no longer of maximizing shareholders’interests, but taking on the various stakeholders’responsibility. Now to fulfill CSR has become social requirement for enterprise. However, considering the cost, many enterprises are not going to fulfill CSR voluntarily. In order to arouse the enthusiasm of fulfilling CSR, we have to prove that fulfilling CSR is good for the enterprise.Now it is not many on the empirieal study of CSR. Many scholars have already researched on relationship between CSR and enterprise competitiveness, or CSR and corporate performance. Due to the employees’important role to enterprise, this paper views employee as research object, and will do empirical research on relationship between CSR and employee performance, in order to prove that CSR has a positive impact to employee performance, and to improve the enthusiasm of enterprise to fulfill social responsibility.With the methods of theoretieal study and empirieal study, on the basis of summary and induction of previous literature on CSR, organizational identification and employee performance, this study defined the concepts of CSR, organizational identification and employee performance, built the relations model among CSR, organizational identification and employee performance, and analyzed the collected data by the statistical software SPSS20.0and Lisrel8.70to verified hypothesis put forward in the model. Study shows that CSR has an important positive influence on employee performance, organizational identification has a significant positive influence on employee performance, CSR has an important positive influence on employee performance, the employee’s ponsibility and consumer’s responsibility have a significant influence on task performance and contextual performance, environmental responsibility doesn’t have a significant influence on two dimensions of employee performance, and as a partially mediators, organizational identifieation plays a role in the relationship between CSR and employee performance.Finally, on the basis of summarizing research results, this study points out the management inspiration and proposals. Fulfilling CSR is the internal driving force of enterprise’s development, is an effective incentive mechanism for employees, and we should improve the social responsibility consciousness of enterprises and employees.
