Power as an important basis of consumption of energy in all sectors of the national economy is closely linked. Economic development, power is the first. The development of power should keep coordination with the regional economic development, and should have some advance. But in recent years, the development of power industry planning is rough and Imbalance to the economic development. Electric power investment shortage and the power construction lagged behind the development of the regional economy, which cause large-scale blackouts, serious impact on people’s daily production and life, and reduce the economic efficiency of the entire society. From2002to2006in the southern provinces, the massive "shortage" is the performance of such a phenomenon. Then, the co-integration theory in the multi factor model, is introduced into the first, two or three industrial and population and so many variables, the power consumption demand and the industry and population development to do further research and analysis. In the above two models were carried out two Grang causality test and error correction model, further analysis of the various factors with the power of the causal direction, effects of procedure and short and long-term relationship.
