Reservoir In Jilin Province To Support The Association Of Blueberry Industry Development Strategy Research

The blueberry was cultivated in the United States of America at the beginning ofthe20th century，and then the blueberry industry developed so quickly in someEuropean and American countries such as Canada, Poland, Chile and Australia, andblueberry was also cultivated in Japan and China. In1983, blueberry was introducedto China for researching from USA and began to industrial cultivated since2001inChina. Great progress was made in terms of cultivating and processing of blueberry inrecent years in Jilin Province. The production scale is enlarged, more varieties arecultivated, demand for blueberry increases much more. Some contradiction existed inthe blueberry industrial development in Jilin Province, such as the small scale ofblueberry cultivation and the cultivation area mainly distributed in ChangbaiMountain, it cause to single industrialization pattern because there was no large-scalecompany for processing and no good channel for sales. These kinds of problem needto be resolved in the future development period.The study on blueberry industrial development policy and strategy was on thebasis of current supporting policy of RRIA in Jilin Province through the investigationmethods of linking theory with practice. And the sequence from beginning to end wasanalysis of blueberry industrial development environment, current situation of theindustry, expanding of industrial chain, and the supporting measure were arranged inthis dissertation.Based on the advanced industry development theories, this dissertationgeneralizes the status quo of the blueberry industry development, surveys theenterprises, bases and consumers, analyzes the production, processing, circulation andconsumption of the blueberry industry chain, discovers the influencing factors on theindustry escalation and puts forward the countermeasures for blueberry industrydevelopment of RRIA in Jilin Province.This dissertation consists six chapters. The followings are the main contents andconclusions.Chapter one is the introduction. It states the background of the topic, describes the purpose and methodology, puts forward the main research contents and frameworkof this dissertation.Chapter two analyzes the status of blueberry industry development at both USAand abroad. Some experiences can be learned from such countries as Chile, Argentinaand Canada etc. Due to geographic conditions and development situation, thisdissertation classified cultivated region as Jilin-Heilongjiang region, East LiaoningPeninsular, Shandong Peninsular and Yangtze Delta and Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau. Itshows that most regions are industrial division and competitive. On the basis of thecompetition of marketing, the blueberry industry development in Jilin Province aimedthe chance and challenge.Chapter three focuses on the blueberry industry of RRIA in Jilin Province.Though the blueberry cultivation in Jilin Province began early than the other provincebut proceed slowly. The cultivation area was only in Changbai Mountain Area andsome regions of Changchun City and Jilin City. In2008, RRIA began the blueberrycultivation and got the berry for sale in2010. There were only seven unit cultivatedsome blueberry among total54unit of RRIA in Jilin Province. And the currentsituation was low cost, limited cultivation area and development slow.Chapter four elaborates the blueberry industry development strategy of RRIA inJilin Province. The blueberry industry of RRIA begins lately, small scales, lowtechnology level and the berry processing was only simple products, there was also nobrand and good sales channel. Blueberry industrial chain expand needs the industrialintegration and develop and grow, and formed the industrial development model ofcollectivize, intensification and modernization. The extension of industrial chain andbranding of products were also suggested in this chapter.Chapter five studies the blueberry industrial policy of RRIA in Jilin Provinceand the supporting measure of implement strategy. The current task of RRIA wasmastering and using the supporting policy, giving full play to the roles of leading andsupervising and coordinating, striving for the supporting policy of the governmentdepartment of finance and agriculture. The supporting policy was not only aimingfunds but also on resources protecting, technological innovation, personnel training and farm-out, marketing cultivation, human resource policy perfection and governingcapacity increasing.Chapter six is conclusion and perspective, which is a summary and perspectiveof the blueberry industry development of the Reservoir Region Immigration Association.This dissertation is done on the industry chain, which makes new contributionson products processing and marketing to the blueberry industry development. Theconclusion and results benefit the industry development of Reservoir RegionImmigration Association (RRIA).
