With the development of society and economy and improvement of people’s living standards, leisure becomes an important part of people’s lives and the main theme of this era; accompanied by an strong increase in leisure demand and leisure consumption, leisure industry has become the focus of attention. However, with the rapid changing of leisure needs and intense competitive environment, leisure industry encountered difficulties in environment, structure and demand, Which badly impede the sustainable development of leisure industry. Therefore, the synergy co-innovation between the various leisure supply main body will be helpful to leisure industry out of the dilemma, while game theory is a subject for researching mutual influence and make decisions among related main body. So, there is practical significance that game theory is used to the study of leisure-industry development. In view of this, this paper uses game theory methods to analyze the interaction between the leisure industry body and study the leisure industry innovation. using the problems of the leisure industry in China as the starting point and game theory as the study method, this paper studies the necessity of innovation and specific modes for innovation of the leisure industry. On the one hand, this study enriches the theoretical system of industrial innovation, and broadens the field of the use of game theory, on the other hand, this study provides specific innovation mode, contributing to the development of the leisure industry.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter describes the background and significance of this article, the research contents, research methods and innovations; Chapter Ⅱ, systematically reviews and combs the current research results of the domestic and international leisure industry innovation and its application of game theory, and defines related concepts, then interprets the important theoretical basis of the study; Chapter Ⅲ analyzes the development status and existing problems in China’s leisure industry, then build the model of the evolutionary game to analyze the inevitability of leisure industrial innovation, as well as the factors that affect the leisure industry innovation from angles of individuals, businesses and government; Chapter Ⅳ,starting from three main bodies,presents four modes of collaborative innovatory development of the leisure industry,that is government, industry and academia composite innovation, integration of industry innovation, SMEs joint innovation and Prosumer coupling innovation, and joint, and details analysis of the various modes using the game theory; then detail the four modes theoretically and practically. Chapter Ⅴ summarizes the main conclusions of this paper and the deficiencies of this study as well as the outlook for future research.The main conclusions of this paper include:First, the steady state of the leisure industry innovation depends on the relationship between the benefit of innovation strategy with a conservative strategy, and benefit mainly depends on the behavior choosed by government, enterprises, individuals, and other leisure main body; second, the major subject of the leisure industry collaborative innovation is the only way out of the dilemma of leisure industry; third, from the view of main innovative bodies of the leisure industry and their interactions, there are four main modes,that is government, industry and academia composite innovation, integration of industry innovation, SMEs joint innovation and Prosumer coupling innovation, and joint, and details analysis of the various modes using the game theory; fourth, first three innovative models can be prove its feasibility theoretically and empirically, and Prosumer coupling innovation mode is used throughout the leisure industry and plays a fundamental role nowadays and in future.
