As the urbanization and industrialization to accelerate, more and more farmers go towork at city and have made their own contributions to the rapid development of cityeconomy.However,due to the household registration restrictions,long-term since,they wereexcluded from city housing security system.Coupled with its own conditions, they have noability to improve their living environment. Therefor, the housing problem is the primaryproblem to improve their lives.In order to solve their housing problems, let them into the city life, and create aharmonious social environment.In many objects of the public rental housing,this paper hasspecially selected migrant workers as the object to carry on the research housing problems ofmigrant workers,which will be closely linked to migrant workers and public rental housingconstruction.We hope that this study can help them solve the housing problems.Through the questionnaire survey method, the paper made a survey questionnaire,whichfocused on11major cities in Hebei province of the migrant worker.The aim is to understandtheir main views on public housing, as well as their public rental real demand. This papermade a survey from the five main factors,Including the public rental costs, acquisition process,personal factors, improving housing and The convenience of traffic.This paper puts forwardthe hypothesis from these five aspects, and then this paper validated the hypothesis, throughthe correlation analysis and multiple regression method.and finally draws the conclusion.According to the research conclusion, and the paper puts forward the countermeasures,which can improve public housing needs of migrant workers.Mainly includes:the publichousing rent and management fees should be appropriate; The public rental application policymust be simple and feasible,and application standard must be appropriate to relax;migrantworkers from their own perspective, should be focused on the government public housingpolicy, to benefit themselves application.From the point of view, the government should bereasonable planning of the public rental location and layout;In the construction process, thegovernment should supporting the construction of infrastructure at the same time, to improvethe living environment of migrant workers.I hope that this research can help the migrantworkers access to public rental housing,and improve their living conditions.
