Study On The Performance Evaluation Of Teamwork In The Advanced Manufacturing Technology Environment

With the development of "manufacturing industry informatization"in our country,a large number of advanced manufacturing technology were introduced and used by Chinese manufacturing enterprises.However, the use of advanced manufacturing technology makes enterprises facing many problems,such as the change of work flow, work way,salary distribution.For enterprise employees face the problem of learning new technologies and workload is not fixed,if do not pay attention to employee factors and unreasonable design of human factors,it will impede the employees adaptation of AMT,make the advanced manufacturing technology can not achieve desired effect.This paper is about the enterprise uses AMT, make the users of advanced manufacturing technology who have a common task on production line.And construct performance evaluation index system aimed at this kind of team.Research process is as follows: First, made general discussion of the relevant literature about AMT and performance evaluation Secondly analyzes the present situation of team performance evaluation under AMT environment, put forward the problems of team performance evaluation under the circumstance of AMT,at the same time elaborates the necessity of establishment team work performance evaluation index system. Then analysises and researches team work performance influence factors from the team, organization, person three layer facing by reading literature and field trips.Once again,obtain influence team performance indicators through the questionnaire survey way,five first grade indexes,twentyone level second indexes, completedteam work performance evaluation index systemunder the environment of AMT.At last,based on the case of Harbin motor factory limited liability company, analyzed an example of team performance evaluate system,to prove practical significance of this team work performance evaluation index system,and hope to provide references for the team performance evaluation, innovation and development of enterprise under advanced manufacturing technology environment.
