Empirical Study On Infuence Mechanism Of Advanced Manufacturing Technology Application Level And Innovation Ability: The Perspective Of Resource-based Theory

With the rapid development of advanced manufacturing technology and competition intensifies, companies investing in advanced manufacturing technology is increasing. The use of advanced manufacturing technology to reduce costs, increase productivity, improve decision making quality, improve coordination and collaboration needs of competitive strategy becomes a focus of research. Ultimately, to gain a competitive advantage is the ultimate purpose of companies to use advanced manufacturing technology.So, many scholars began to use the point of resources view to explain the application of advanced manufacturing technology within the enterprise. As the advantages investment in advanced manufacturing technology itself resulting are more easily imitated by competitors, therefore, advanced manufacturing technology alone cannot generate sustained competitive advantage. However, when advanced manufacturing technology and other corporate resources come into the mix, and deeply embedded in the organization, this advantage can be sustained.Based on the theoretical perspective of resource-based view, this study aims to apply organizational behavior and human resource management theory, innovation theory and other theories, to research the affect of advanced manufacturing technology on the internal mechanism of innovation, to build the evolution of advanced manufacturing technology into the competitive advantage, such as innovation ability, and to reveal how business result to the active leading role of innovative capability of enterprises by the match of organizational behavior, human resources management, organizational behavior and advanced manufacturing technology systems.on the basis of Deduction in the theory and literature review, this study was constructed the conceptual model of advanced manufacturing technology impact on innovation based on resource-based theory, and proposed a system of underlying assumptions. By the empirical research methods,this study chooses the manufacturer of Jiangsu and other places as a sample, and use the authority of scale questionnaire for data collection, uses SPSS17.0 and AMOS 17.0 as a statistical software tool, test the hypotheses by methods of item analysis, factor analysis and structural equation models. Through data analysis, suggests the following conclusions:the application of advanced manufacturing technology have a significant positive influence on technological and management innovation; organizational learning has played quasi-intermediary role in the relation of significant positive influence of the application of advanced manufacturing technology on technological and management innovation; high-performance work systems have played the intermediary role in the positive intermediary role the dimensions of a shared vision of organizational learning.Finally, this study summaries the research findings, puts forward the corresponding management measures, and proposed the follow-up research for the limitations of this study.
