| Income distribution is a hot topic at present. Raising workers’income proportion in the primary distribution of the national income relates the healthy and stable development of Chinese economy. The history of labor relations in market economies indicates that employees can only get bargaining power when they are organized rather than individual, so as to get reasonable income. Domestic and overseas past research focused on its nature and function, while research on its implement influence factors is few and the empirical research achievements are also rare. In order to promote the system of collective consultation on wages and provide theory basis, this paper explore the influence factors of the implement of enterprise collective consultation on wages through content analysis.We take the convenient sampling method and questionnaire survey to get datas, and use SPSS15.0in the data statistical process. By exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, ANOVA, correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis, we get following conclusion. Firstly, the system of influence factors of the implement of enterprise collective consultation on wages consists of six factors, including employees, government, industry and regional wage level, enterprise performance, the employer organizations and capital consciousness. The six factors have positive correlation with the effect of the implement of collective consultation on wages. Secondly, the scale, ownership and industry of enterprise have significant effect on the effect of the implement of collective consultation on wages.Based on the results, we propose following suggestions for implementing collective consultation on wages. Firstly, the government should strengthen its control over the whole process, use the experience of a selected spot to promote the vigorous development of collective consultation in our country. Secondly, as for the capital, they should have a good social responsibility consciousness on the basis of combining the reality of industry and enterprise, actively respond to labor proposal of wage collective negotiation. Thirdly, government should pay more attention to expanding of trade union branches and employees’sense of participation. Finally, government should pay attention to building good external environment of the implement of collective consultation on wages. |
