With the increasing market competition in the current market conditions, an enterprise to considerable development has to analyse scientifically the external and internal business environment that enterprises are facing with, then makes a development strategy which is suitable for the enterprise realities and have an effective and efficient implementation, Prompting business went to the healthy, rapid development. Hunan Fenghui Shidai Science and Technology Co., ltd (The abbreviation for Fenghui Shidai) which was changeovered in1999by the National University of Defense Technology Galactic Computer Industry Corporation founded in1988, is the most important financial machine tools suppliers for equipment development, production, sales and service in the current domestic market. The company has one lofty goal to list, at the same time faces with many good development options and opportunities, but still lacks of a definite and systematic strategy development about how to choose, develop and achieve effectively the objectives.This article summaried the opportunities, threats, superiorities and inferiorities to obtain the SWOT analysis matrix by a comprehensive analysis of macro-environment, external trade situation and conditions for inside of Fenghui Shidai. On this basis, the paper carries on the strategic positioning by SPACE matrix and then carries on the strategic business orientation. Then the paper puts forward the enterprise’s Mission and vision, and puts forward overall development strategy and main functions of the strategy. At the same time, this paper puts forward some development strategy into three stages. Firstly, the paper explained the background and meaning of the research, strategic management review of the theory of literature and theoretical basis, this line of thinking and technology research. Secondly, the paper introduces the enterprise briefly, analyzes the macro-environment by PEST analysis tools, analyzes the industry competition situation by five competitive forces model, and analyzes the internal conditions by the organizational structure, financial status, developing capability, marketing system, human resources and information management six aspects.
