Along with the vigorous development of the market economy and the rapid development of urbanization,China’s real estate industry has ushered in rapid development for more than ten years,and the industry market continues to heat up.The number of real estate sales and average prices in 70 major large and medium-sized cities have shown an upward trend year by year..In order to effectively curb the phenomenon of“overheating” in the real estate market,governments at various levels have successively introduced a series of regulation and control policies in recent years.The changes in the policy environment have intensified competition in the real estate market,and the growth rate of the industry has slowed down.Real estate companies are facing unprecedented challenges.Under such environmental conditions,real estate enterprises,especially small and medium-sized real estate enterprises,need to adjust their development strategies in time to cope with changes in market demand,so that enterprises can survive,develop and grow in the fierce market competition.Based on the research on the theoretical knowledge of relevant enterprise development strategy,this paper takes SK Group as the research object and conducts in-depth research in five steps:(1)In-depth analysis of SK Group’s own status and external strategic environment changes,indicating that SK Group should combine reality Reformulate the development strategy.(2)Using the SPACE Matrix strategy tool,16 secondary evaluation indicators were determined in four dimensions:environmental stability,industrial advantage,financial advantage,and competitive advantage.Combined with the data obtained from actual investigation,the above evaluation indicators were analyzed one by one..(3)Using the expert survey method to determine the weight and score of each secondary evaluation index,and then calculate the vector coordinates through the SPACE Matrix method,and determine the strategic positioning of the SK Group as a competitive strategy based on the coordinate position.(4)Based on the actual situation of the enterprise,the SK Group’s three cost leadership strategic planning proposals and twointegrated strategic planning proposals are proposed.(5)In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy,we will further develop and improve supporting measures from five aspects: organization,manpower,culture,capital,and risk prevention.The research in this paper can not only provide the guiding significance for the analysis and revision of SK Group’s development strategy in the real estate field,but also provide reference value for the operation and management of other enterprises in the same industry.At the same time,for the insiders of the real estate industry,it also has a certain learning value.
