Position management system is a very important part of modern human resources management system, which is particularly reflected in working flow and job responsibility, and it is also a very important basis of corporation labor management in chooseing, setting, assessing and paying.A sound position management system helps to improve business execution, and it helps to resolve and achieve companies’ strategic objectives as well.It is significant for companies to bring informational and standardize management to real, and it helps companies, especially group companies get more competitive.Based on human capital theory, theory of career management, job analysis and evaluation theory, compared with the general experiences of foreign companies’(especially some great media groups)position management, this essay analyses some problems in position management of JS Broadcasting Corporation from all different angles, by presenting the history of position management in JS Broadcasting Corporation.The underlying causes of these problems are systematic.Along with the other17broadcasting groups, JS Broadcasting Corporation is institutional group. Being institutional and business administration are the great creative parts of the development of Chinese broadcasting production, but also the great limitations.The core part of the newly started broadcasting reform is to get some industrial things completely out of the institutional platform and put them to the new industrial platform.According to this trends, author proposes some specific measures to optimize the position management system of JS Broadcasting Corporation.
