| With the rapid development of ultra-high voltage, smart grid and new energy in recent years, the production in electric power equipment manufacturing enterprise management is becoming more and more important. And schedule is the central nervous of enterprise production, So enterprises must adjust production schedule according to the market change information in order to enhance the competitiveness of themselves further. Well, it’s necessary to discuss and research production scheduling and optimization of enterprise which follows the production orders further, then to improve whole benefit and efficiency of enterprises.This thesis discusses follows the below ideas to the questions which involved in. Firstly, this thesis reviewed specific ideas, methods and research ideas of the existing production scheduling; Secondly, this thesis conducts research on three aspects:the demand forecast, master production schedule and job schedule. The specific contents as follows:(1) How to forecast the demand for product? Defining the market requirement for products bases on the trend of market, historical data of orders and negotiated outcomes with clients. And forecasting the demand for products by unary linearity regression analysis.(2) Master production schedule (MPS). In this part, we mainly use the integrating method to take the rough balance of production capabilities, and create a MPS in weeks.(3) Job scheduling, it mainly uses network planning technique to find critical path, then, optimizes the time costs and resource of the critical path, which reduces producing time, slashes manufacturing costs and achieves optimized resource allocation at last.The contribution of this thesis is:1.To the main existing problems and integrating theory with practice, this thesis optimizes the process of the forecast requirements schedule, master production schedule and job schedule based on the relay protection devices’production schedule status quo of XJ Corporation.2.This thesis uses network diagram and other related technologies to optimize the control processes of job schedule which integrates theory with practice closely and plays a guiding role. The above is based on the relay protection devices’production scheduling investigation of XJ Corporation. Then integrates theory that is about production scheduling with investigation, which solves the problem that MPS is only a mere formality, production, and long time for work effectively.If production scheduling of this thesis is used in practice, it will have the expected effects. |
