Research And Application Of Master Production Schedule For Textile Machinery Manufacturing Enterprise Based On Demand Forecasting

With the rapid development of world economy, the competition between the textile machinery manufacturing enterprises is not only limited to price and advanced production equipment. It also lies on how to grasp the demands of the changing market and make a quick response, organize production rapidly and ensure the supply, ensure the delivery rate to improve the service, apply management and technology to enhance competitiveness. Combing the lead time of purchase and production and inventory, master production schedule is made to ensure the delivery time.This thesis is mainly studied the following aspects, which reads as follows:(1)The demand characteristics and production organization mode of the textile machinery manufacturing enterprises is studied. The demand characteristics are studied basing on domestic and foreign textile machinery manufacturing industry, which are different from other manufacturing industry. Because of various and smallbatch production, demand forecast and master production schedule is very important for textile machinery manufacturing enterprises.(2)According to the historical data and the characteristics of market demands, a prediction model based on support vector machine is developed. Selecting the appropriate support vector machine model and kernel function and applying Libsvm to the sample data for parameter optimization and training, finally the prediction results and the model is got.(3)The master production schedule is made basing on the forecast demand and production organization mode of textile machinery manufacturing enterprise. The master production schedule is accorded to the main production scheduling principle and establishment method, which includes the time factor, the actual order, demand forecasting and inventory and other related content, make the main production schedule.(4)By combining with the actual needs, the design and application of the system is studied. Combined with a textile machinery manufacturing enterprises, from system target, carry on the system and database design and analysis, to determine the function of the prototype system, and then the main function modules were detailed discussion.
