With the development of socialist market economy, the country’s economic construction and our society has been moved forward. In such a social environment, the issue of the relationship between enterprise and employees is very conspicuous. Meanwhile, employee loss problem has aroused the attention of the society and the enterprise.This paper mainly studies the hotel industry in which the staffs-loss phenomenon is quite obvious. According to five-star hotel-F hotel in Changzhou, it analyzed the present situation and the causes of staffs-loss by the way of questionnaire survey, on-the-spot investigation and Individual visit. Then, it explored the measures and methods to solve the problem.Based on the study of the reference, the author found that many scholars are in the research of staffs-loss by different of ways and in disparate point of view. From the perspective of career development, the author used "push and pull" theory model to research the staffs-loss problem of F Hotel.In this paper, the reason of staffs-loss in perspective of career is divided into "thrust" and "pull" two factors. In other words, the common action of the "pulling force" which is good for employee career development and the "thrust" which is not conducive to employee career development decided the enterprise employee "go" or "stay". In particular, the "thrust" of F hotel includes enterprise culture nonhuman humanism and irrational human resource management system, while the "pulling force" includes the general characteristics of the labor market, industry characteristics and competition of colleague hotel.Meanwhile, in order to introduce career development management to F Hotel preferably, the author analyzed obstacles to introduce career management into F hotel and proposed the corresponding solution measures and strategies, including the establishment of people-oriented concept, the connection of career development and human resource management system and master consciousness training. |
