During the 30 years of the establishment of provincial special economic zone in Hainan,tourism has developed from a forerunner industry to a leading industry.Especially in 2010,the construction of International Tourism Islands has risen to national strategy.Tourism internationalization has become one of the major propositions of Hainan's economic and social development.The publish of the Maritime Silk Road Initiative in 2013 has highlighted Hainan's strategic pivotal position in the 21st century.Since April 2018,Hainan has been building a free trade pilot area,a free trade port with Chinese characteristics,and an international tourism consumption center.Hainan has entered a new stage and journey formally.Tourism internationalization has been endowed with more important connotations,and Tourism has also been endowed with the primary leading industry direction that will affect and promote Hainan's comprehensive deepening of reform and open development.Since 2008,Russia has become the largest international tourist market in Hainan for ten consecutive years.Hainan have promoted more and more Russian tourists for sightseeing and leisure vacation because of its unique tropical climate,superior natural resources and superior location conditions.Russian tourists and Russian-speaking tourist market have always been the key factors affecting the development of Hainan's tourism internationalization.However,compared with other world-renowned island tourism destinations,Hainan still has a low share of the Russian international tourist market in the aspect of the number of tourists and the quality of tourism consumption.The space of Russian tourist market also still needs to be further expanded in Hainan,especially it's the key issues to identify and introduce middle and high-end Russian outbound consumer groups during the internationalization of tourism development in Hainan.In this context,this thesis takes push-pull theory as an entry point,analyses push factors from Russian tourist market,pull factors from the perspective of Hainan tourist destination,Through interviews with experts and questionnaires of Russian tourists to Hainan,using descriptive analysis,factor principal component analysis and Pearson correlation score in SPSS20.0,by qualitative and quantitative combination,the thesis aims to construct the influencing factors model of Russian tourism to Hainan.The main conclusions are as follows:"Tourism marketing","integration degree of tourism diplomacy" and "tourism preference" are the push factors for Russian tourists to travel in Hainan,among which first two are the main factor;"tourism products","tourism management" and "tourism services" are the pull factors for Hainan to pull Russian tourists to travel,among which first two are the main pull factor.Besides,The "tourism preference"1 and "Tourism marketing" in the push factor are related to the "tourism products" and"tourism services" in the pull factor,and the "integration degree of tourism diplomacy" in the push factor is related to the "tourism management" in the pull factor.At the same time,the thesis also draws the conclusion that there are great uncertainties in Hainan's inbound tourism market due to the influence of Russia's economic situation,international and domestic situation,and tourism consumption intention.Hainan lacks effective coordination of provinces and regions,homogeneity of tourism products,low-end tourism services,inefficient tourism management,etc.It is difficult to form the attraction and influence for the long-term sustainability of Russian tourists.Especially in improving the quality of international tourism consumption,Hainan's inbound tourism market urgently needs to explore a way to adapt itself to internationalization,marketization and informatization.On this basis,this thesis puts forward some strategies and paths to expand the Russian tourist market in Hainan.Thus,it can offer some revelation for Hainan tourism management departments and those related tourism companies,as well as providing theoretical value for Sino-Russian international tourism.
