The Research On The Industrial Structure Convergence In Wan-jiang Urban Belt Demonstration Area For Undertaking Industrial Transfer

The construction of Wan-jiang urban belt undertaking industrial transfer demonstrationarea, as one of central government’s important strategies，is crucial for accelerating Anhuidevelopment, promoting central region’s uprising and national coordinateddevelopment.The Wan-jiang area encounters a rare opportunity and there are someobvious advantages now. Some problems,such as competition improper, undertakingindustry with low levels, structure convergence, lack of driving force, industry associatedlowly, lack of large industry exist. How to seize the opportunity for relying on strengthsand avoiding weaknesses and sustainable development is what we have to consider now.This paper makes its way to figure out the characteristics of Wan-jiang area through theresearch on industrial structural convergence to guide the rational industrial layout andoptimization.Afer fully learning the background and the significance of Wan-jiang area,this paperfirstly analyzes the trend of industrial structure evolution and divides them into three levelsbased on the data. Select Huffman ecoefficient, assimilated coefficient, location quotient,regional overall convergence index to examine the current situation of industrial structureconvergence in Wan-jiang area. the result shows that there are two blocks of highlyhomogeneous region. It studies the effects on economic growth by Shift-Share model, fromthe perspective of both theory and empirical analysis discuss the cause of industrial structureconvergence in wan-jiang area. Based on the above research, policy recommendationsare given for upgrading industrial structure. It is that upgrade government functions,perfect achievements mechanism, strengthening market role; Wan-jiang " double nuclear ":Hefei, and Wuhu strong jointly, build growth pole leading Anhui industry high speed healthdevelopment; resources type City Ma anshan, and Tongling to extends industry chain,change economic growth way; Anqing,Chizhou,Chuzhou,Xuancheng do pickcommerce,select fund, each other dislocation development, implementation total win.
