With the reform and opening-up policy, the speed of economy growth is high in china. At the same time, because of t the similarity of industries between districts, the problem of same structure of industries in the area becomes a focus. At present, the problem was not understood entirely. The degree and direction of influence of some factors on the same structure of manufacturing were not known clearly. Based on the above reasons, a number of problems about same structure of indurtries in china were researched in the dissertation. The research's aim was to deepen the cognition of problems about industrial structure convergence.This article first introduced the historical background of the industrial structure convergence briefly, then has compared the research condition in this area which the domestic and foreign scholars is connected. As the measurement of industrial structure similarity , the industrial structure similarity ratio is still used, simultaneously has made the suitable revision to the Location Gini's coefficient, at the same time ,newly added the motyka similarity coefficient to weigh the structural change. The data analysis indicated, three methods obtain the overall change tendency is similar, in our country has appeared two times of structure similarity with the stage 1978 -1998,but latest 10 years , it is not obvious appeared, conversely, industrial distributions even tends to the centralism.As to the reasons in the industrial structure convergence, at first this article use game theory to analysis the behavior characteristic of local authority generally which had in the pillar industry choice, this kind of characteristic indirectly impelled the industrial distribution disperser. secondly, this article had pointed out many scholars get data from calculation to measure the structure similar degree, the industrial division scope can greatly affect the obtained result, the profession division more careful, then similarity according to the data is more slightly, otherwise then is opposite.The profit margin affects the structure similarity heavily. This article analyzes the result to indicate, various industries profit margin level and location Gini's coefficient universally existence negative relations. This article selected several representative industries to carry on the analysis for the example, only one industry's correlation between profit margin and the location Gini's coefficient was not extremely remarkable.Finally used regression to study relations between several economic factors and the similarity ratios .outcome shows that the motyka similarity coefficient and the fixed capital formation, the industry and commerce tax revenue, the manufacturing industry sum of retail sales exist the reverse relations; With the commodity retail price index, the national inhabitant consumption level index, the gross value of industrial output assume with positive relations.The industrial structure similarity has truly existed after the reform and opening, and has two times of quicker development.
