With the deepening of reform and opening up and development of the world economy, China’s auto industry is faced with risks and opportunities. Enterprise corporate strategy for weaving group’s development is of great significance in the early start-up stage.First, based on the strategic management theory, analyzed of the status and strategy of the of HAP auto parts company in the start-up stage. Meanwhile, discussed in detail the company’s external environment, industry conditions studied, as well as the company’s internal resources and the status.Second, in this article compared with HAP’s competitors, integrated use of Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model analysis, EFAS, SWOT analysis, IFAS, case studies and other methods to the study of theory and practice.Then, for the status of the auto parts industry, with the characteristics of HAP company to analyze the HAP automotive components company, and focused on strategic issues, and put forward corresponding recommendations HAP’s main competitive strengths and weaknesses, and ultimately choose the SO strategy.Finally, according to marketing4P theory, lean production, financial planning, discussed of a specific implementation strategy.This article has practical significance not only to improve the development of the start-up stage of the HAP, and other enterprises in the industry, especially the development of entrepreneurial companies also have a certain reference value.
