Shanghai Huizhong Automobile Company is one of the biggest automotive manufacturing company in China.Chinese economy develop very fast after the Open door Policy. Chinese automotive industry develop very fast too. Now China has become one of the biggest automotive manufacturing countries in the world. But Chinese automotive market becomes more and more competitive, Chinese automotive components enterprises have faced more serious challenge than ever before. Can we find a way that can help Chinese automotive components enterprises survive and develop in the new situation? The answer is strategy management.This article introduced how to use modern strategy management which can help Shanghai Huizhong Automobile manufacturing company, a large automotive components enterprise, to face the marketing environment and be satisfied by customers. This article uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the strength and weakness of Shanghai Huizhong automobile to face automobile market. These are not only limited in automotive components industry, but also have value to other manufacturing enterprises.Chapter one is summary. It introduces the aim of this article and the way of analysis. Chapter two describes the theory which will be quoted in this article. Chapter three analyzed the environment of competition. Chapter four discusses some problems in the company and some viewpoints are given. Chapter five find the way of Modular build competition. Chapter six discusses some change must be enforced to fit competition.
