This paper report is a case study of FuYao Autoglass Co. Ltd. The main content of the study is the application of Sigma in manufacturing management which has been widely adopted at present.Lean production methods pioneered by Toyota Motor Corporation, Japan.To identify the value from the customer’s point of view, to determine the value stream and eliminate waste, driven by the customer. The concept of Six Sigma (6a) is quality management, which focus on reducing quality unstability. The two kinds of management modes while in practice have achieved tremendous success, but many enterprises can not be two management ways together, many enterprises can take only one.This study tries to combine methods and tools of Lean Production with Six Sigma Management, adopts the new process flow of "Define--Measure--Analysis Improvement--Control--Combining innovation" referred to as DMAICC and it is the point of this paper report. Compare to conventional DMAIC process, the new process added "Combining innovation" part. The combination of the two modes can fully reduces waste upon Lean production and reduces unstability upon Six Sigma, can realize corporation internal integration and external integration combination, so as to achieve the integrated effect of "1+1>2". Through the practical study of Fuyao Autoglass Co. Ltd, explore the scientific management experience of its success and in the hope that guide other enterprises with similar problems.
