The “pull-based” system is one of the means to eliminate waste and to achieve aproduction system lean during the Toyota production system. The “Pull-based” system can beused in any two nodes which have direct relationship. The important characteristic of a Pullsystem distinguishing from a push one is the ability to control lead-time and quantity. In thispaper, some theories about the pull mode are reviewed and a comprehensive analysis of thelocale deposit would be made.Firstly, using Plato Chart, to analyze the problems of the emergence of the accumulationat production area, and find out the reasons, including:①The production plan and the actualproduction schedule do not match;②The material supply process takes too much time;③production quantity existing peak result in on-site impact. This paper attempts to use the“pull” concept during the materials supply processes to figure out the above reasons①Combining with the actual situation choose “CONWIP” to “pull”, and establish acorresponding mathematical model to seek the optimization batch quantity. Meanwhile, byusing the optimal supply batch quantityin practice, to resolve Cause③. Use ProcessProgramChart to analyze the material supply process, identify waste in the process andestablish a new supply process; combined with the inference of optimal supply batch quantitymodel, design supply tool, material-vehicle, all of above is in order to improve the supplyefficiency and reduce material supply costs.Finally, summarize of the above three methods and develop appropriate implementation,including the realization of new processes in the system, conceptual design about supply tool,material-vehicle and use method about optimal batch quantity. Through the implementation ofthe program, test the effect of the “push” system when delivery materials.
