Since2008, the financial crisis swept throughout the world. As a "world factory"around the globalization of the world, China experienced an unprecedentedchallenge.However, with the western development policy and in the trend ofmanufacture going West, Sichuan manufacturing industry made a rapid progress inelectronics, automobiles, renewable energy and other industries.Therefore, in the pasttwo years, Sichuan regional market became more and more attractive for industrial rawmaterials manufacturers, who have increased their investment in Sichuan. How to seizethe initiative of competition in the market, and to establish superiority, has become themost important issue in the China market in recent years for multinational companies.The object of this paper is to find marketing strategy in Sichuan regional marketfor N company’s adhesive products.In this paper, based on my marketing experience inN company for years, and the sales report, market analysis, marketing plans collected,Idiagnosed the marketing strategy of N company’s adhesive products, and discovered theexistence of the problem, adopting the theory, methods, and tools in MBA program,which includes charts, data matrix, etc. Utilizing the STP method,4P principle, SWOTmatrix, the paper re-segmentationed, selected and positioned the marketing strategy ofadhesive products in Sichuan regional market. With the combination ofbusiness-to-business marketing and relationship marketing theory,the paper proposed aset of practical marketing strategies for N-adhesive products, and the tips forimplementation.On the basis of the principle of strategic management,marketing management, thepaper can be a practical guide line for adhesive products market development inSichuan for N company.Secondly, the process of the research can be applied in themarketing strategy of chemical materials, electronic components and other relatedindustrial product. In addition, you can learn some operational measures of industrialmarketing or B2B marketing for reference.
