| With the development of economy and increasingly fierce competitions, the survival and development of enterprises more and more rely on cooperations with others, and cooperation mode among enterprises also gradually changes from a single method to a network connection way. The social network of companies plays an increasingly important role on cooperations, but the existence of cooperation risks have seriously hindered the development of enterprises, bringing heavy losses to them. Traditional perspectives are divorced from the individual and industrial level and the transaction costs of enterprise social network factors so that cannot fully explain the real situation of its risks, but studies about cooperation risks in view of enterprise social network relationships are few, let alone empirical studies.A number of studies have shown that, good corporate social network relationships can significantly reduce business risks. This article starts from the social network perspective, discovers the importance enterprise social network relationships put on cooperation risks and factors which influence enterprise social network. We put forward hypothesis and construct a model that network embedded elements-enterprise social network ties-cooperation risks. By means of questionnaire survey, we have got180valid questionnaires, using SPSS and AMOS software to do analysises of validity, reliability, correlation, confirmatory factors and structural equation model, proving the validation of study hypothesis and testing the rationality of the model. Finally we draw conclusions as follows:(1)The enterprise social network relationships have a significant influence on cooperation risks.(2) The enterprise social network relationships are positively correlated with the capability and reputation of cooperative enterprises, specific asset investments, communications and exchanges, and the consistency of objectives, while have a weak correlation with incentive mechanism and organizational adaptability.At the end, this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions for enterprises to avoid cooperation risks, and points out the limitations of this assay and the direction of future research. |
