Study On The Effects Of Social Factors On Interenterprises Network Of Cooperation

The economic globalization and international IT development augment the complexity and the uncertainty of enterprises' survival environment. This promotes the traditional competitive concept to cooperative concept, and has also changed the boundary of corporation government involving the design of system and power balance. It's not only a strategic problem of sustainable development but also one unavoidable that how to compete by organizational form of network.Economical actions are embedded in social structure, the core of which is the social network in which people live. Social network is not detached with interenterprise network. To study interenterprise network with viewpoints of social network theory is the thought choroid of this thesis, which is accord with the learning tradition of economic sociology and the networking analysis trend of new economic sociology.With the guidance of tutor, this thesis selects three social factors of interenterprise network of cooperation on the overview of others achievements. That is entrepreneur's network, social norms and mechanism.
