With the continuous progress of the deepening reform and the restructuring of enterprises,and the establishment of modern enterprise system, Human resources have become a strategicresource for development of the modern enterprise. Youth league members as an important forcein corporate human resources takes important responsibility and mission of the future long-termdevelopment of enterprises, and how to play the wisdom of youth league members, and how tomobilize enthusiasm of the youth league members becomes important issues enterprises faced.Motivation as an important way of the development and management of human resources hasbecome an effective means to solve this problem. The establishment and improvement ofincentive mechanism is also becoming an inexhaustible motive force to promote enterprisedevelopment and achieve long-term strategic goals.Oilfield Logistic Administration Business of Daqing Oilfield was inaugurated on September6,2007. It stands at a new historical starting point, in a period of strategic opportunities,prominent contradictions and historical turning point, and how to promote the stability,coordinated and sustainable development of Oilfield Logistic Administration Business, and howto improve the level of human resource management becomes the urgent problem of OilfieldLogistic Administration Business. Considering the employees structure with nearly half of theyouth league members, the author from the point of view of human resources, on the basis ofincentive theory and related literature review, will discover and design incentive mechanismyouth league members, which match its actual fact, and adapt to the economic rules of modernmarket.The author firstly describes the research background and significance, and research ideasand methods, and summarized incentive theory related to the youth league members. Thusanalyze the current incentive situation of youth league members of Oilfield LogisticAdministration Business, summed up the existing outstanding issues and practical needs aboutmotivation. In the view of existing problems, to incentive theory as a guide, the author designs asuitable incentive mechanism, and provides the performable comprehensive incentive measures,to hope achieve rapid, sustained and healthy development goals of enterprises.The author attempts to combine personal attributes and organizational attributes of youthleague members, and combine personal growth goals and corporate goals, comprehensivelyutilize incentive theory to motivate dynamically according to demand. Hoping that through thedesign of incentive mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the youthleague members, to enhance human resources management level of Oilfield LogisticAdministration Business of Daqing Oilfield, to maximize their personal and company value. Atsame time, the author provides some useful reference to the establishment of incentivemechanism of other companies.
