Financial crisis in 2008 is the most serious financial crisis and the biggest financial bubble in human history. Developed countries such as European and the USA have been seriously affected in this crisis. Otherwise, Chinawhose GDP growth rate remained above 8% has not been seriously affected in the crisis. Dollar continues to be weak, but RMB is still strong and hasexpectation of appreciation. This article believes that the financial crisis of this era in the context, the internationalization of RMB is facing a rare historical opportunity and the external resistance is small.Hence, we should accelerate the pace of internationalization of the RMB.The method of the study is mainly based on the historical background of financial crisis and international monetary theory using combining qualitative analysis and quantitative model, which can find factors thatimpact international currency, then forecast future monetary system and the proportion of Euro and U.S. dollar in the international reserves in 2025. We then studyof the path of internationalization of the RMB,which is a hot topic. Wegive some policy recommendations at last. The study has four conclusions:(1) Create a future monetary system reform including:"super-sovereign currency" as a reserve currency, more regional currencies such as the formation of the euro, the establishment of new, more binding international financial coordinator. (2) We believe that the scale of economies is the most important factorthat impact country's degree of internationalization, followed by which is the currency appreciation. (3) The internationalization of RMB has a good international and domestic economic background after the financial crisis, and also has many opportunities. China should further accelerate the pace of internationalization of the RMB.
