Since the reform and opening up, with the liberation of the rural labor force andincreasing of rural labor productivity, the rural emerges surplus labor. With theaccelerated process of urbanization, the rural surplus labor force gradually transferredto the city. Especially in the last ten years of last century, after the transfer of rurallabor force continued to increase the size and speed are constantly acceleratingeconomic growth to meet the needs of large numbers of workers stage of economicgrowth has made a great contribution. Anhui province, one of China’s rich agricultureand labor resources province, has a phenomenon of rural surplus labor force in thecountry with a typical representation. Analysis of the transfer of rural labor, AnhuiProvince has a strong practical significance.In this paper, by studying the transfer of rural labor in Anhui Province outflow oflabor in rural economy. Text is divided into four parts. The first part of this paperintroduces the theory of domestic and foreign labor force review an, factors affectingin domestic labor force and economic development in rural areas.The second part of this paper describes the transfer of rural labor force status ofAnhui Province. Bystudying the labor force and the "three rural" specific relationship between the transferof labor to establish the overall impact on the rural economy, rural labor transferprocess proposed practical policy recommendations.
