Migrant workers has promoted our country urbanization, however as a result of their identity characteristics, labor employment, access to education, social security rights there is a big problem, the state began to attach importance to the problems of migrant workers, how to improve and perfect the system of social endowment insurance for migrant workers need a common thinking.Based on the research of social endowment insurance of migrant workers and gave a definition, for China’s migrant workers on the background and gradually change to do a detailed analysis, and then the related domestic and foreign migrant workers social endowment insurance system for the research was summarized and analyzed, at present to our country ’s migrant workers social endowment insurance research done in‐depth analysis.From the level of central government and local governments in China relates to the migrant workers’ social pension insurance policy practice to do a detailed analysis and contrast, selection of currently three main modes: Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, a concrete analysis of each kind of pattern and difference, and then find the existing problems and the main reasons of the problem.Finally, in view of our country the characteristics of migrant workers and social security for the aged in China now the reality and development trend, put forward to perfect the migrant workers’ social pension system concept and principle, put forward the corresponding policy proposal, the migrant workers into the urban social endowment insurance system, is to solve the migrant workers social endowment insurance problem the best way.
