Enterprise competition in the context of today’s world increasingly fierce business war is ultimately a talent competition, the core talent competition has increasingly become the key elements of the capital, management, technology and market impact in the enterprise development strategy. Especially familiar with the enterprise core technology, management and strategic decision-making in the high-end enterprise core loss of talent, not only will increase the manpower replacement cost affect the continuity of the work and the quality of work, affecting the stability and loyalty of employees, and will affect the power and potential of the sustainable development of enterprises.
