With the development of our country’s reform and open,the pharmaceutical industry grow rapidly. Because of the particularity of this industry, fierce market competition and the severe management problem is becoming increasingly prominent. At present, with rapid developing of economy, the focus of competition between enterprises must be human resource competition, and in the end the human resources competition is the human resources management system of perfect competition, for which the perfect compensation system is indispensable.This paper analyzes the compensation system, performance management and human resources management theory, diagnose Shandong HR current compensation system, this paper puts forward the shortage of the existing system and analyzes the causes; Introduced the salary satisfaction survey, salary level investigation, quantitative analysis of the survey tools, set up data support; Absorbed front salary management thinking, combined with Shandong HR pharmaceutical co., LTD., the company’s development strategy planning, puts forward the Shandong HR compensation system design idea, To post analysis, post evaluation as the foundation, draw lessons from domestic and international advanced compensation system design method, adopt scientific compensation system design tools, targeted completed the Shandong HR salary system design work; Analysis of the feasibility of the scheme, and from enterprise specific implementation work, discusses the implementing guarantee compensation system, and the operation process to do the follow-up evaluation.This paper research, not only solved the problems of the Shandong HR’s original salary system, reached the salary system and enterprise strategic unity, enterprise employees and increasing the income of purpose, and for the same salary system design provides an important reference.
