Human resource is the core resource for enterprises to obtain competitive advantage. As an important part of human resource management, salary management plays an important role of keeping, developing and encouraging staff. Meanwhile, how to design and implement a salary system which adapts to the enterprises’development has become an important content of salary management.Real estate industry develops fast although started late in China. Human resource, which is impacted by salary system directly, has become one of the most important constraints for real estate enterprises. As a fast developing real estate enterprise rich in resource, the total management ability of L, especially the ability on human resource management, cannot catch up with the pace of development.Salary is an important factor resulted in low satisfaction and high turnover rate in L. Therefore, it’s urgent to build a fair, reasonable and incentive salary system to attract and keep excellent staff. On the basis of theory study and investigation of the company, this thesis aims to design a new salary system for L by strategy study, salary policy design, job evaluation and salary structure design, and discuss how to execute and maintain the new system.Books and research results on salary management and incentive mechanism as well as related theories are studied and referred in this thesis. Based on analysis on characters of real estate industry, typical organization, characters of talents and salary in the industry, this thesis chooses L as study sample and makes an empirical study on existing problems in salary system in real estate companies, then comes out the solution of designing an appropriate salary system according to the characters of real estate industry. In the end, this thesis is hoped to be a helpful reference for the readers.
