Project Management Of Cosmetics Research And Development For Company W

According to the real development situation of W company’s cosmetic project, this article summarizes and discusses some common problems occurring in the project management process of cosmetic development mainly from four aspects:time management, quality management, risk management and human resource management. What’s more, this article gives corresponding measures and improved methods, which provides relevant theoretical basis for the improvement and development of an effective management system of cosmetic development project. The study results will give guidance and reference to those cosmetic enterprises engaged in project management of new product development.
