The Research On The Jiangxi Rural Migrant Workers Citizenship

Rural migrant workers become a specially social group under the background of dual social structure. Up to now, the number of Jiangxi rural migrant workers has been increased to7337000.They are engaged in the secondary and tertiary industries work. It is a dirty, tired, bitter, dangerous work that the city people do not want to do. But the rural migrant workers do a great contribution to China’s urban and economic development.Rural migrant workers gradually become accustomed to the city life. Although they want to stay in the city and integrate into the city, they never accepted by the city because of the institutional factors. They become the "edge people" in the city. This paper develops research in Jiangxi province according to the problem, combining the way of questionnaire. And the contents of survey contain government, themselves, enterprise and social factors. At last, the author used the software instruction to analysis and proposed the correlation suggestion to promote the process of citizenship for Jiangxi rural migrant workers.
