Development Of Green Building In Urumqi Based On Low Carbon Economy

The shortage of resources, environmental destruction, building energy consumption and so on threat to the survival of the human environment. Green architecture is becoming the inevitable choice when human society deals with ecological environment crisis.Low carbon city is the future direction of Urumqi city development. Reducing energy consumption and reducing emissions of pollutants are the inherent requirement of the development of Urumqi economy. Reducing carbon dioxide emissions is the development theme of low carbon economy. Based on deeply studying the concept of sustainable development and green building concept, according to studying and drawing lessons from foreign green building management models and evaluation methods, combined with the development present situation of Urumqi real estate industry, this paper discusses the problems it will face in the process of the development of green building in Urumqi, and proposes the corresponding solutions. The study of this paper establishes the green construction management mode of Urumqi, provides direction for the future of the Urumqi green building development. At the same time, this paper starts from long-term perspective of the entire life cycle assessment, together with considering the performance of buildings, to form new cost concept. This paper is for the most economic purpose and balances the market trade the economic interests of the parties and the cost sharing, to help the market to achieve effective transaction behavior.This paper does empirical analysis on green building in Urumqi Huayuan Group Borui village. Applying the method of fuzzy mathematics, it establishes green building evaluation model of multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, quantitying the very strong fuzzy index of green building evaluation, to provide the reference for the development of green building in Urumqi. This research has a profound and realistic significance for Urumqi to reduce resource waste, to improve the living environment and to realize sustainable economic development.
