A Study On Incentive Countermeasures Of Green Buildings Based On Evolutionary Game Theory

With the rapid development of China’s economy,the extensive use of resources and increasingly serious environmental pollution have brought tremendous pressure on the social development.As one of the major industries with high energy consumption and large pollution,the construction industry is in urgent need of transformation.To respond to our country’s call for sustainable development,the construction industry turns to the road of energy saving,water saving,land saving,material saving,environmental protection and green development.This is also the source of the concept of green building.China is in the stage of vigorously developing green buildings.However,in the actual implementation process,as the main body of interest which affects the development of green building,there are conflicts of interest between enterprises and consumers due to the cost and service life of green buildings,which makes it difficult to promote green buildings.In order to solve this problem,this paper studies the influence factors and incentive countermeasures of green building development.First of all,combining the literature review and questionnaire to analyze the factors affecting the development of green buildings,through the collection and processing of data,we obtain the main influencing factors in the process of green building promotion,and classify them into various stakeholders to solve the problems from the angle of each subject.Secondly,on the basis of evolutionary game theory,this paper analyzes the main factors influencing three main behavior decisions enterprises,consumers,and government.By establishing a game model between enterprises and consumers,this paper analyzes the strategic stability of non-government intervention and government intervention respectively,and studies the key factors that affect the equilibrium of each game system.The evolutionary game process is simulated and verified by using MATLAB tool.Finally,based on the stability strategy obtained by the game model,combining the influence of various parameters on the model and the actual situation,starting from several aspects as incentive object and incentive target,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the green building from the perspective of economic incentive policy and managementincentive policy respectively.
