As a very important functional economic managing office, Tax bureau should take her responsibility of controlling national macroeconomic, increasing revenue, keeping whole social economic activities be ordered and stable. How to change the past extensive taxation management mode in managing revenue sources, and how to establish a strict-detailed-scientific management and evaluation system are our top important work for taxation staff. This Article takes example of Tax Lean Management Of Xiangtan Municipal Office, SAT, which stated that Tax Lean Management must has a set of simple, scientific and practical taxation inner management policy system as security, we must improve current taxation policy reduce the taxation afford, raise the taxing motivation of enterprises and personals. Tax source management is the base and core of Tax Collection, Tax Lean Management rely on strengthening tax source management. The policy of implementing Tax Manager is the main measure to strengthen tax source management, making tax evaluation work is the most important contents to strengthen tax source management. We can improve tax services and lower costs of collecting and paying tax, meanwhile we can make our work efficiency much better.
