With the global economy growing to a deep stage, the real competition between enterprises lies in the competing of the human resources. The success of company is depending more on the effective development of HR and it has become a prime problem for a company to establish a feasible HR tactic to implement corporate strategy by adopting the internal HR to external environment.This thesis is based on the above background to select the topic and undertake the study by analyzing the current HR situation in Muyang Group, combining the theory of HR and the practice of Muyang Group and exploring the strategy selection and measure implementing for HR development of Muyang Group.Firstly, the concept of HR and the latest literature both in domestic and abroad have been introduced staring from a theory point of view. The five theory relating to HR development such as HR capital, learning, motivation,systematic and performance evaluation have been deeply discussed including their connection with the HR strategy,Then the SWOT has been used to analyze the HR environment of Muyang Group to indicate the current state and major problem in the company from a various layer of viewpoint. The major opinion of developing HR from a strategic height and matching HR with corporate strategy have been raised in this thesis, which will be a good direction for the development of HR in Muyang Group. The HR strategy selection and related implementing measures have also been talked about, which will be meaningful for other company.
