The Study On Convergent Development Strategy Of Jingmen Baigufeng Group

As the leading enterprise of potato project in Qujialing,the choice of Jingmen Baigufeng Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.for industrial integration development strategy directly relates to the transformation of agricultural industry in this region,the increase of farmers’ income and the development of the county economy.In this paper,the SWOP-PEST method is adopted for the analysis on the macro and micro environment,as wll as the strength and weakness of the industrial integration program of Baigufeng company.Then the corresponding macro-development strategy is proposed.And then,based on the contract theory,the specific strategies for the integration are analyzed.Thereafter,some guarantee measures are carried out aiming at the current development of the industrial integration of the Company.The analysis on the industrial integration development strategy of Baigufeng group is beneficial to the supplementary and expansion for the research on the integration model of agricultural industry,whose essence is that"Taken leading enterprises as the core,the agricultural cooperatives as the link,let all farmers are involved".Centering on the integration development strategy of Jingmen Baigufeng Group,this paper is composed of the following six parts:chapter one,the introduction,mainly elaborates the background for the selected topic,research significance,research purpose and content,research methods and technical route,and finally the innovation.The second chapter systematically summarizes the relevant researches at home and abroad,including the vertical integration of industry development,the relationship between vertical integration and industry integration as well as agricultural cooperatives,and the explanation for vertical integration and industry integration.Chapter three comprehensively and systematically summarizes the general situation of the agricultural industry integration,such as the concept and characterization of industry integration,the characterization and the development model of agricultural industry integration.Chapter four,the development environment of industry integration for Baigufeng Group is analyzed based on SWOT-PEST method,including the political environment and economic environment for opportunities and challenges.the social environment.technical support,and the strengths and weaknesses of the programme.Chapter five demonstrates the positioning and goals of the industry integration development for the Baigufeng Group at first.Then associate with what is narrated in Chapter four,the macro development strategy for the programme is analyzed.At last,specific details of the development strategy,including the mode selection,implementation steps,ownership structure,internal governance,and the relationship among company-cooperative-farmer,as well as the current earning,are expounded.Chapter six,based on the previous contents,some guarantee measurements are proposed for the industry integration strategy of Baigufeng.In this paper,the industrial integration strategy of Jingmen Baigufeng Group is studied.According to the analysis on the development strategy og the programme,feasible suggestions are generalized to promote the further development of the programme.Besides,Jingmen,as one of the hundred modern agricultural demonstration zones in China,the success of whose development mode would take important referential significance for the implementation of agricultural industrial integration strategy in other areas,especially in the central and western regions.To sum up,the research on this project,which is of substaintial practical importance,is an urgent problem to be solved in agricultural extension.
