| As the present technology revolution develops fast, the international process of economy, science, technology and education speed up, the scientific and technological cooperation of various forms is developing increasingly. Among the last30years, the scientific and technological cooperation has made some achievements, but at the same time there were many problems. The distribution of benefits in the scientific and technological cooperation was unreasonable, the mode of scientific and technological cooperation did not match, and these problems lead to failure and lots of waste of social resources. Currently, most of our scholars elaborate the modes of distribution simply and the comprehensive and systematic studies of distribution of benefit are rare. Therefore, the comprehensive and systematic study on the scientific and rational distribution of benefit has a very important theoretical value and practical significance on the sustainable, efficient and smooth scientific and technological cooperation.First, this paper elaborated the theoretical basis of the mode of the scientific and technological cooperation; it studied and defined the concept of the essence, mode and the distribution of benefits with the combination of the scientific and technological cooperation at home and abroad. Second, it introduced the factors related to the distribution of benefits and made a comparative analysis of the mode of the distribution. On this basis, this paper proposed the initial distribution program of benefits based on Nash model, analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy evaluation method and made a quantitative study on the distribution of benefits. Finally, it verified the effectiveness and operability of the strategy through the case study on the scientific and technological cooperation between Jizhong Energy Group and China University of Mining and Technology. |
