A Research To The System Of Regional Scientific And Technological Cooperation And Policy Innovation

Regional economy policy is aimed at improving regional economy. Because of the great importance of technological advance in improving economy, regional scientific and technological cooperation naturally becomes a critical part of regional economy policy cooperation.This paper includes five parts. The first part is introduction, introducing the background information, meaning, methods and innovations of this research;the second one mainly presents the theoretical system of regional technological dissemination and theoretical basis of regional scientific and technological cooperation;the third one introduces some specific modes of regional scientific and technological cooperation system and policy innovation at home and abroad;the fourth one states a general frame of one regional scientific and technological cooperation system;the last part conducts substantial evidence analysis and policy research by citing Pan-Pearl River Delta Economic Zone as an example.This paper concludes:Only when could the regional scientific and technological disparities enable the interest below the critical point, it is possible to have the regional scientific and technological cooperation. Different interest distribution modes demand different cooperation ones.Pan-Pearl River Delta Economic Zone scientific and technological cooperation is a special one.
